Biography
Korey had his first serizure at 4. He was on meds for a year then all things went bad. He was having serizures everyday we tried so many meds and nothing was helpingnKorey. He was n and out of hospital so many times. We have been in hoping Korey could have brain surgery but he was not a good canadate. So after more meds that failed, we were then told about the Ketogenic diet which is a diet for epilepsy kids that have a hard time and fail many meds. So it will be a year in jan 9 that Korey has been on the diet which is 90 percent fat 7 percent protein 3 percent carbs. Everything korey eats is measured in grams and cooked just for him. This is so hard for him he is 9 and he has to give up all snacks no eating out no birthday cakes no McDonald's no treats of any kind can he have it is so strict. He truly is a hero he never cheats. He misss out on so much no school parties because he gets upset he can't be like the other kids and eats pizza cupcakes . I hope you will> accept Korey he is a great little boy who goes through so much on a daily basis
